Our specialized experience is focused on the healthcare and senior housing industries. As a result, we are involved with a wide range of transactions within these industries. We look to the characteristics of the owner/operator, including the business plan and growth strategy. Closed financings include everything from one-million-dollar equity investments to $100-million-plus multi-facility portfolio financings.
Specific asset experience includes independent living senior communities, assisted living facilities, continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), skilled nursing facilities, general and specialized acute care hospitals (including long-term acute care hospitals, or LTACHs) and medical office buildings.
